World-Class Sortation
Our uniforms are equipped with an RFID chip to allow automated scanning and sorting in our production facility. This is the most sophisticated technological advancement available in the uniform rental industry today.
In-Plant Account Inspections
Our quality inspector reviews every item in your account over a four-week period to ensure the quality level meets expectations. We work hand-in-hand with your safety committees to get feedback and address concerns.
Product Quality System— Registered to ISO 9001
We believe quality means conformance to standards. You, our customers, have determined our quality standards and the ISO system ensures we deliver on these expectations.
Non-Conformance System
If a promise has been broken, we address it in the Non-Conformance System. Nine times out of 10, we fix the problem without any direct impact on you. Our General Manager personally reviews each case for further corrective action or change in process. It's our responsibility to learn from our mistakes.
