Management Visits

Visiting you is the best part of our job.  What better way to ensure you are receiving what we promised than for us to come see for ourselves?  Our management team is routinely visiting customers to see how things look and also to listen to your feedback.


World Class Sortation

Our uniforms are equipped with an RFID chip to allow automated scanning and sorting in our production facility. This is the most sophisticated technological advancement available today in the uniform rental industry.


In-Plant Account Inspections

Our Quality Inspector reviews an entire account over a four-week period to ensure the quality level meets expectations.  We work hand-in-hand with our customers' safety committees to listen to feedback and address concerns.


Product Quality System – ISO 9001:2000

We consider quality to be conformance to standard.  Our customers have determined our quality standards, and the ISO 9001:2000 system ensures we deliver on those expectations.


Non-Conformance System

If we find a promise has been broken, it results in a Non-Conformance.  90% of the time, the problem is fixed without it having an impact on a customer.  In all cases, the Non-Conformance is reviewed by our General Manager for further corrective action, review, or change in process.  It's our responsibility to learn from our mistakes.  We think it results in better service for customers and higher employee morale.
